Boost! Fitness at Moxie Mischief Aerial Arts and Six:02

Last Saturday I organized an event with my clients and some friends to learn some new fitness skills and SHOP in Inwood Village. We had so much girly fun it’s ridiculous. We started the day with a private class at Moxie Mischief Aerial Arts to learn beginner silks techniques with Hannah Davis. Only one of us had taken a silks class before, but thankfully Hannah was patient with all of our laughter and nerves and pretty soon she was guiding us through a serious upper body workout! The class was challenging but we all made it through happy with our new skills. Check out some of what we learned in the pics below. If you’d like to learn more about Moxie Mischief Aerial Arts or take a look at their weekly class schedule check out their website here. You can also see more photos from our class on the Boost! Fitness Facebook page.

After our aerial silks class, 6:02 invited us to stop by the store for some brunch provided by My Fit Foods and to shop their new Spring gear. It looks like Spring exploded in the store-take a look at the pics of all the colorful workout gear they have right now! How can you not be motivated when you’re covered in brightly colored tops and tights? We had a blast shopping together and the whole day was so much fun I think we must plan to do this again soon! Stop by 6:02 in Inwood Village by the Inwood Theatre or you can check out their website too.
