1 Hour Personal Training Session – In Home.

Includes a free initial fitness assessment to determine goals, discuss current nutrition, establish current physical fitness level, take body measurements, and address any muscle imbalances that need to be corrected through appropriate exercise. I will lead you through an individualized strength training program targeted toward your personal fitness and health goals.

I will bring in any training equipment that I feel is needed, and email a list of equipment needed to purchase with links if desired.

1 Hour Personal Training Session – In Private Studio.

Includes a free initial fitness assessment to determine goals, discuss current nutrition, establish current physical fitness level, take body measurements, and address any muscle imbalances that need to be corrected through appropriate exercise. I will lead you through an individualized strength training program targeted toward your personal fitness and health goals.

Gym locations available near Mockingbird & 75 and Lovers Lane & the Tollway in Dallas. No membership fee required and use of the cardio equipment when out of session is free.

1-3 Hour Full Nutritional Consult – In Home.

We will start by discussing your fitness and health goals, establish a daily caloric goal if desired, then go through your food products to find any “empty nutritional pockets” and discuss healthier swaps for foods you regularly eat and discuss further steps to take to Boost! your health and well being. We will also discuss any questions you have, recommended vitamins and supplements. This is a great appointment to fit into the first couple weeks of your training to make sure you’re starting off on the right step!
